The Grounding Half Sheet is a universal earthing bed pad designed to help reconnect your body to the earth’s natural energy while resting. Made from soft organic cotton with conductive silver fibres woven throughout the fabric, this grounding sheet is designed for comfort, durability, and full-body grounding support.

Each sheet contains nearly 1/3 mile of conductive silver woven into the material for effective grounding while sleeping.

Unlike fitted grounding sheets, this universal design works with almost any mattress size and can be placed across the lower half of the bed or lengthwise from top to bottom.

Important

Direct skin contact with the grounding sheet is required for optimal use.

For best results, place the grounding half sheet on top of your normal bedsheet so your skin can touch the conductive surface directly while sleeping.

Washing & Care Instructions

Proper washing helps maintain conductivity and extend the life of your grounding product.

DOs

• Wash every 1–2 weeks
• Machine wash warm (40°C / 105°F)
• Use liquid laundry detergent
• Line dry or tumble dry on low heat
• Iron on low heat if desired

DON'Ts

• Do not use bleach
• Do not use fabric softeners
• Do not use whitening detergents or oxi-detergents
• Do not use strong fragrance detergents
• Do not use dryer sheet fabric softeners
• Do not dry clean

⚠️ Bleach, lotions, oils and fabric softeners can damage the conductive silver fibres and reduce grounding performance.
