Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1–5 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and follow the shipment status.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Typical delivery times range between 7–30 business days, but delays may occur due to customs, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


Tracking & Responsibility

Once a tracking number has been issued, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer to track and ensure proper delivery.

If the package is delivered to a local post office or pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting it within the time frame set by the carrier.

Failure to collect the package, refusal to accept delivery, or abandonment of the shipment will result in the package being returned to sender. In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will only be possible at the customer’s expense.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is significantly delayed, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. This means the item is not immediately available for shipment and will be dispatched at a later date.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are provided as guidelines only and may be subject to change due to production, supply, or logistics delays.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to wait for the item to become available.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

If a pre-order item is shipped, all standard shipping and refund policies apply.
