2. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that:

- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to postal delays, customs processing, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a shipment is delivered to a designated pickup point or local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
Failure to collect the package, refusal to accept delivery, or abandonment of the shipment will result in the order being returned to the sender. In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by third-party shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
4. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final once an order has been shipped.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for orders that are already in transit or delivered to the designated pickup location.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The customer refuses delivery
- The customer fails to collect the package from a pickup point
- The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- The customer changes their mind after the order has been shipped
If a package is returned to sender due to non-collection or refusal, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. In some cases, reshipping may be offered at the customer’s expense.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
Filing a chargeback without valid justification, especially in cases where the order has been shipped or delivered to a pickup location, will be considered a violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence, including shipping confirmation, tracking data, and customer communication, to dispute any unjustified chargeback.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party services, including shipping carriers, payment processors, or customs authorities.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction.
